Train4Freedom is more than a gym — it’s a movement built to last.
We offer a variety of training options including Private Training (1:1 and Semi-Private), Group Classes, Camps & Clinics, Team Training, Online Coaching, and Performance Assessments. Each service is designed to meet athletes and adults where they are and help them reach their next level.
You can book directly through our Book a Session page. Simply select your location, choose who you’re booking for, and add your desired service. The system will walk you through the rest.
While not required, we highly recommend scheduling a Performance Assessment or Consultation first. It allows us to evaluate your needs and design a program specific to your goals.
Private Training is one-on-one with a coach, while Semi-Private includes 2–4 athletes training together in a shared session. Both options are fully coached and individualized based on each participant’s goals.
Yes! You can book Semi-Private Training for groups of 2–4, or contact us about Team Training for larger groups and sports organizations.
No, training services are separate from memberships, but may be bundled for discounted rates at select locations.
Yes. We offer Online and Hybrid Coaching programs that provide access to our coaches, training plans, and progress tracking through the Train4Freedom online platform.
Facility memberships provide 24-hour access to our performance center, training areas, and recovery spaces (depending on location). Each facility may offer unique amenities, so check your location’s membership page for details.
Memberships are specific to each facility. However, multi-location or add-on access may be available — ask your local staff for details.
Members must be 14 or older to access the facility without a parent or guardian. Members under 18 require a parent/guardian signature to complete their account setup.
Yes, but families must be related (immediate family only). Groups of friends or teammates do not qualify under a family plan.
Yes. Student and military discounts are available at participating facilities. Valid proof is required at the time of sign-up.
Yes, day passes are available through WellnessLiving. Guests must complete their profile setup and sign all waivers prior to arrival.
Trainers and rentals have priority access during reserved times. Members are asked to use other available spaces during those periods.
Yes. Our facilities use 24-hour video surveillance and access control systems to ensure a safe environment for all members.
This is a zero-tolerance policy violation and will result in immediate membership termination. All guests must be approved through the proper process.
All payments are processed securely through WellnessLiving, our management platform. You can manage your purchases, update payment methods, and view receipts through your online account.
Yes, memberships can be paused or canceled with proper notice according to the terms of your membership agreement. Contact your facility directly for assistance.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service. Generally, prepaid sessions and memberships are non-refundable once activated.
Most session packs have expiration dates based on the number of sessions purchased. Check the specific terms listed before completing your purchase.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
Recovery memberships and add-ons may include cold plunging, compression therapy, sauna, stretching, and mobility access depending on the facility. Availability may vary by location.
Yes. Recovery memberships can be purchased as a standalone plan or added onto your existing membership.
You can create one automatically when booking or purchasing a service through our website. You’ll receive an email confirmation to complete setup and add additional family members if needed.
