Session Booking

How To Book Your Session

  1. Select Your Location – Use the dropdown at the top of the booking tool to choose your desired location.

  2. Select Who You’re Booking For – Use the dropdown to select who is participating in the training.

  3. Filter by Service Category (Optional) – Narrow down by service type to your selection easier (e.g., total performance, volleyball, recovery).

  4. Add a Service – Click “Add” to place the desired service in your cart.

  5. Proceed to Booking  – Click “Next” at the bottom of the screen to be taken through the remaining steps of the booking process and get started!

  • Tip: If you’re new to Train4Freedom, we recommend starting with an Assessment/Consultation so we can design the perfect training plan for you.
 

💡 Important Notes:

  • If booking for a child, please create accounts for both parent/guardian and child, and book the sessions under the child’s profile. This can be done by “adding a relationship” in your account. Be sure to toggle the buttons to “use your information.”

  • If booking a semi-private session (2:1, 3:1, etc.), each athlete in attendance needs to be booked into the session and have their own purchase option.

  • All submissions are sent as requests. You will receive a confirmation email and notification once the booking has been approved.

  • If you have trouble finding a time that works, contact us directly—we may be able to open additional availability.
