Zach brings several years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning with him to Train4Freedom. He graduated from Defiance College with a degree in exercise science where he was a catcher on the baseball team for four years. During his time at Defiance, he completed an internship with the strength and conditioning department at the university of Findlay. Following graduation, he served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Mount Marty University in Yankton, SD working primarily with the men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s golf, women’s soccer teams while assisting with baseball, softball, volleyball, and track & field teams. In august of 2022 he began working at Kenyon College as a strength and conditioning intern where he primarily worked with the football, men’s and women’s lacrosse, swim & dive, men’s basketball, field hockey, volleyball, and softball programs. Most recently, Zach was a strength and performance coach at the vault gym where he led small groups and 1-on-1 training for middle school and high school athletes. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his girlfriend and their two dogs, Beau and Colt. Zach is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
